Of course great coffee, but it is so much more! We can provide in-depth services that include exclusive coffee sourcing. Say you want a specific origin, varietal, fermentation method, or anything else, we got you. Our relationships with multiple importers gives us access to the most beautiful coffees.
We don’t stop there though. Need that coffee to be roasted for espresso or drip? Don’t sweat it. A custom roast can be applied to any of our coffees to meet their intended brew application.
priced for success
Our pricing is structured to get amazing coffee in your business without breaking the bank. You won’t see any wild up charges that don’t make sense or gimmicks to make you spend more. The price you pay reflects what we bought the coffee for, our production cost (currently $4.15), plus $1 for retail bags and $2/lb on 5lb bags, that’s it. Find another roaster that will give you that info….We’ll wait.
Already serving coffee? We will work hand in hand to see if there are any areas we can assist in decreasing costs and becoming more effective. This can add up to thousands of dollars saved all while serving a better product and working with a company that actually values your success.
design & media
Branding is everything! Luckily, we do all our design and printing in-house, allowing us to create custom labels on-site. No waiting around or having to compromise here! You tell us want you want the label to look like and we can make it happen lightning fast.
Along with branding, social media fuels cafe success and creates brand awareness. We can collaborate on social media platforms to promote the relationship and your shop. Every chance we get we will shout out your business and be a source when wanting to create content.
training & education
Whether it is in person at your location, at our roastery, or virtually, we are here to assist in any training. We’ve been the new barista before and we have experience on a variety of equipment. No experience, no problem. Our team can assist in getting your crew up to speed with all things coffee including talks and cuppings to educate on what makes our coffee special.
This also includes helping with buildouts, equipment recommendations, bar layout, and menu development. We can work alongside you to help bring your dream to life using our experience opening multiple cafes and understanding the ins and outs of the cafe culture.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We believe in exceptional service to those choosing to join us in their coffee journey. You might even say we are over the top. It is not uncommon for us to do same day order fulfillment or hand deliver orders that are within a few hours driving distance. You’re the reason we get to do what we love so you will always be a priority and never just another number.
